Crystals 101 - Learning your Crystal Basics

This is your "what is this thing and how do I use it!?!" Crystal Basics Course.
We will cover some of the essentials on what you need to know in order to work with Crystals and Gemstones in a healing capacity.
This will include learning how to find which stone you need for a specific healing purpose, choosing a stone from a collection, how to clear and cleanse different stones, how to activate or program a stone, and how often you need to do those things.
Then we will work with 2 different stones (included in course fee) and practice using those techniques. Lastly we will go over what types of properties each stone holds and which situations you can use those 2 stones for in a healing capacity.

This class is highly recommended as a pre-requisite to the more advanced courses below where we will cover everything in more depth on a variety of topics.
Unless otherwise noted, all classes take place at the Better Still Day Spa in Ladner, BC
Crystals 2.0 - Beyond the Basics

This course picks up where the Basics course left off, we will quickly review the techniques covered in the first class going a bit more into detail and discussing which types of clearing/cleansing methods worked best for you and which didn't.
We will begin to examine how the energy of Healing Stones and Crystals impact the physical body and how they can be used to balance our chakras, and improve our overall health and well being.
Then we will work with 4 new stones (included in course fee) and learn about which properties they hold, and go over how you can use these 4 stones in a healing capacity and the chakras they connect to.

Course materials will include a graph of the healing properties of each of the 4 stones/crystals examined in this course and how they can be used.
* The Crystal 101 course is highly recommended prior to starting this course but those interested in taking this 2.0 course who have not yet taken the 101 class may contact me for details on what they should review beforehand *
Crystal Bracelets - How to make your own

Join us and learn how to make your own Crystal and Healing Gemstone bracelets. They make great gifts!
Choose between 2 "themes" of stones for your bracelets, or make one of each! Themes to be announced at class.
Course fee include all materials - crystals/stones, charms, spacers and bracelet supplies, with enough of each to make 2 bracelets.
*Option to purchase mini take home packs of gemstones will be available for those wishing to make additional bracelets at home.
All beads are genuine natural healing stones and will be cleared by me ahead of the class.
We will briefly discuss the properties of some of the stones we are using. And review how to clear and program them for use as healing bracelets. A take home handout regarding this will be included.
*Completion of the Crystal 101 course is recommended prior to taking this course, as we will only be reviewing past topics and not going into detailed explanations for the concepts*
Crystal Bracelets - Advanced Techniques - Chakra Balancing

Chakra Balancing Bracelets!!
Come learn all about them, how to make your own and their importance as a healing tool. They also make great holiday gifts!
Course fees include stones, charms, spacers and bracelet supplies, enough of each material to make 2 bracelets.
*Option to purchase mini take home packs of gemstones will be available for those wishing to make additional bracelets at home.
